Free Saturday deliveries in the Claremont area may also be available, depending on order volume. These must be confirmed the day before and will take place between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.

We offer island-wide deliveries. Customers in Old Harbour may qualify for free home delivery depending on their location. Outport customers will receive packages via Knutsford Express or Zipmail.Once your items are ready, you can visit us at 33 Lacaton Way, Busy Park (Gutters), Old Harbour, St. Catherine, or schedule delivery through the “My Courier Portal” app, the web browser, or by WhatsApp at 876-863-5993. Requests made before 12 PM qualify for same-day delivery. If your location isn’t shown, select the nearest option and we’ll confirm your cost. Please note that card payments may not always be available for bearer deliveries.

Most items weighing 10 lbs or more are shipped on pallets to ensure they arrive safely without breaking. This service incurs additional handling fees.

Please note that you might receive an updated invoice, as the handling fee has to be applied manually. Sometimes, updates to our system may process all packages before we can apply these charges, leading to an updated billing statement. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your items are handled safely and effectively.

Can family and friends ship to my US address?

Yes, your friends and family can use your shipping address, however, it will be billed to you. It's preferred for each family to obtain an account of their own, especially to enjoy memberships

What if my shipping address is incorrect ?

It will affect us locating your package, as such there will be an extra charge to have it rerouted and delivered to our shipping address, which requires additional processing time.

Yes, you need only to provide them with your shipping address along with your name in the same format presented on your dashboard.

Packages are updated according to the batch in which they are received. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it typically takes up to 24 hours for the update to appear in the system and reflect on your dashboard. If more than 24 hours have passed and you  haven't received an update from Harbor Jet Logistics, please contact us via WhatsApp (876) 863-5993. Also, double-check the accuracy of the address you provided when ordering. If there is an error with your address, please note that this will result in additional processing time and charges.

How do I know when my package is available?

You will be notified via email, and the updates will also be reflected on your dashboard. Showing the number of packages available, as well as the total amount to collect. Once you receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup or delivery, it is your responsibility to schedule the delivery on your dashboard and confirm the time and date via WhatsApp, failure to do so will result in storage fee being atomically added to your package(s).

What is storage fee ?

Storage fee refers to the charge applied when a package or shipment is stored at the company's warehouse or facility for a certain period of time. This fee typically occurs when the recipient hasn't picked up their package or arranged for delivery within the allowed timeframe. Fees may vary depending how long it remains in storage. At Harbor Jet Logistics reserve the right to add storage to any package (s) not collected after 7 days. A daily fee of $200 JMD will be charged and will not be wavied.

Once you ship an item to our warehouse with incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged a bad address fees standard fee of $1000.

To have your packages delivered to our pickup location, please contact us via WhatsApp at (876) 863-5993. We are available Tuesday to Friday. A flat collection fee of $500 JMD applies, regardless of the package's size or weight.

Please note your item(s) may be delayed if the invoice is not updated, as a valid invoice is required for all item(s) being shipped.
